•In lane, your cleanest touch is often to splash the last-hit—use rockets to kill the minion and tag the champion standing beside it, instead of walking up for raw short-range DPS that Jinx has not earned yet
•Jinx should fight for the first Get Excited! proc, not for a perfect target, because the first kill, tower, or epic monster can change her whole posture on the spot, and recent data shows she is already strong from even starts and especially punishing when she gets that early lead
